• Use a strong password that includes letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — it adds an extra layer of security to your account.
• Avoid logging in to TK10 Bet from unfamiliar devices or public networks.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.
• TK10 Bet will never ask for your password via email or phone.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. TK10 Bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access, unless it is proven to be due to TK10 Bet's own negligence.

TK10 Bet supports transactions through all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposit and withdrawal policies are outlined below:

• Deposits must be made only from your own bank or mobile banking account.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of the date they are issued.

• If an event is cancelled or results in a draw, the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet cannot be completed due to a technical issue, TK10 Bet will arrange for the bet to be replayed or a refund to be issued.
• Where match-fixing or unfair advantage is suspected, TK10 Bet reserves the right to withhold payment and conduct an investigation.
• TK10 Bet reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.

In live betting, odds can change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is submitted are final.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Your account can be temporarily deactivated for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Your account can be locked for a period of 3 months to 5 years for a long-term break.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TK10 Bet. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.

• Creating an account or attempting to pass KYC using false information.
